Gosh this post is hard to write.
I just wanted to say my thoughts are with everyone caught up in yesterdays tragedy.
I am fortunate enough to have visited Christchurch
and crowned it the most perfect place to live.

I have a neice living close to Christchurch but thankfully we got the news very early yesterday morning that she was ok. Sadly so many people didn't get the good news that we received.

Was there a few weeks after the first one and can't believe it has happened again to such a lovely friendly place .

Yes, we travelled around NZ and visited Christchurch a few years ago - I cried when I heard the news. Awful.

Today the sun is shining and I slept for the first since the quake last night, and when I woke up after the all that has happened I feel for the first time that we can rebuild, we remake, we will survive this, we will always remember our dead, and our once beautiful city but we are staying here and going to make something new.
